Returns

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@aureviallc.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and details.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and some health and personal care items are non-returnable.
