Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@aureviallc.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
 
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
 - 
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
 
Exchanges
- 
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
 
Damaged or Defective Items
- 
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and details.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
 
Non-Returnable Items
- 
Gift cards, downloadable products, and some health and personal care items are non-returnable.
